            iPhone native app - Scanner not working, just getting a black screen

            A customer reported today that they had loaded the latest iPhone app on their iPhone 5 with iOS 8.2 and were able to login and do everything except use the scanner. They were just getting a black screen.

            Resolution: The iPhone privacy settings did not permit the GoCodes app to have access to the camera on the phone.
            Fix: Update the Privacy settings for the camera to allow GoCodes to access the camera.
