            I have scanned a GoCode asset tag and sent a message, but the recipient did not see a map in their message board.

            Make sure you selected ‘yes’ on your smartphone when prompted to allow the software to obtain your location from your smartphone. If that does not work, check that GPS maps are included in your services, they are separately activated in the system.
