What you need
· A web browser on a computer.
· Access to ChatGPT with permission to add plugins.
· Your GoCodes username and password.
Step 1: Open ChatGPT and Access Plugins
In ChatGPT, click on Plugins in the left sidebar in the bottom corner. Look for the Plugins option on the left side.
Step 2: Find GoCodes
Click on Plugins, then search for "GoCodes" in the directory.
Step 3: Click ‘+’ to Connect
You'll see the GoCodes plugin page. Click the "+” sign to connect.
Step 4: Sign in to GoCodes
A GoCodes login window will appear. Enter your GoCodes email and password (the same login you use for the GoCodes app), then click Sign in.
Step 5: You're Done!
You'll see a "Connected" checkmark. GoCodes plugin has been installed.
Using GoCodes in a Chat
Now you can use GoCodes in any ChatGPT chat. Start a new chat and:
1. Click the + button next to your message
3. Toggle GoCodes ON
ChatGPT will use GoCodes to answer your questions about your assets and inventory! Try questions like:
"Which assets need maintenance?"
"Who checked out the drone?"
"Show me all equipment at location X"
