We ship your trackers to you setup, configured & tested with your GoCodes account. Just search for 'GPS Tracker' in the GoCodes web software to see them in your account.
When you're ready to get started, you can Edit the Asset information to reflect your actual equipment the tracker will be installed in.
Activation
To activate the tracker, simply remove the tape from the underside which holds a small magnet in place. Once the magnet is removed, the tracker will activate and start reporting location data.
Magnet in place, the tracker is deactivated.
Magnet removed, tracker is now active.
How they work.
When stationary, the GPS tracker will provide location updates every 12 hours. When motion is detected, the tracker will provide a location update every 1-2 minutes.
We recommend installing your trackers in a location where they can receive a strong GPS signal. Avoid enclosing them in metal containers or deep inside your equipment.
