Sometimes software may not work as expected. We're here to help! Our goal is to you get you back up and running fast.

When you are experience a problem, thanks for reporting it with the following information, so that our technical team can isolate and recreate it quickly and get it fixed.

1) Device you are using (Laptop/Desktop/iPhone/Android)

2) If using a browser, which one (Chrome/Firefox/Edge)

3) If using a mobile app, the version number (Listed in the About menu)

4)* The email address you are using to sign in

5)* The task you are trying to perform (Login/View Asset / Update Asset/Scan)

6)* The error message or result you are seeing

7)* A screenshot of what is happening

We know you may not be able to provide all this information, the most important questions include an '*'.
