Sometimes you need to store multiple photos, video, pdf documents and more to an asset, but lack a way to do it directly within GoCodes.

You can use the 'Documentation' field to store the URL link to a document or folder for that specific asset. For example, you could use any of the following free or low cost cloud storage solutions to store additional asset information and link each document set to an asset in GoCodes:

In the example below, we create a folder for asset 27PG-YC7C where we store a set of documents using Google Drive and then share the link and enter it in the Documentation field.
