The GoCodes Billing system is separate to our main web software. The reason for this is it allows us to support a more complex variety of billing scenarios with ease.

The steps to accessing and using the billing portal are:

1) Receive your invite email

2) Complete the first-time sign in process

3) View your estimates, invoices, payment and payment methods

4) If needed update payment methods and complete payment for outstanding invoices

1) Receive your invite email

When you sign up for a paid GoCodes account we create a new login for the billing portal for you. By default we use the same email address you used to sign up for service but if desired you can use any other email too.

If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder as it's sent from our system and sometimes gets incorrectly classed as spam. Remember to whitelist GoCodes.com emails too.

2) Complete the first-time sign in process

You will receive a portal invite email which looks like this. Just follow the simple instructions to create, update or reset your password. NOTE THIS IS A SEPERATE LOGIN TO YOUR GOCODES ACCOUNT SO MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT PASSWORD, THEY ARE NOT KEPT IN SYNC AUTOMATICALLY.

3) View your estimates, invoices, payment and payment methods

Once you are able to login, you will be able to review all the billing information for your account such as payment receipt, invoices, statements, estimates and more. You can download them in Adobe pdf format for use with your accounting team.

4) If needed update payment methods and complete payment for outstanding invoices

If your account is on-hold due to an overdue invoice, then you will be able to make payment using a credit card or optional bank eCheck (for approved customers). When you make payment remember to check that the option to save your payment details is checked for future payments otherwise you will need to manually repeat this process each time a payment becomes due.
