These tips can save you time and increase your performance in just a few clicks.

1) Did you know you can select and update (or check out) multiple assets at once using your computer? Just hold down the Control key to select multiple rows in the Asset List or use the Shift key to select a range of assets. Now you will see two new buttons appear at the top above the Asset List . When you update multiple assets, you can update a single field or as many as you want. All other fields will remain unchanged. It's a great way of updating a few fields for multiple assets in just a few seconds.

2) Did you know that on our mobile apps, you can configure whether to show a thumbnail image of your assets as well as a selection of up to 5 data fields on the Asset List view. This works well, if you want to see a preview of your asset information before deciding which assets to work with. Sometimes the summary information is all you need to complete your task. Just go to the Settings menu after you login and adjust your configuration as needed.

3) Lastly, did you know you can create powerful reports with grouping and total counts?For example, you may want to see your assets grouped by assignment. Just turn on grouping in your Asset List by clicking the slider and then dragging the column heading up to the row above. You may need to adjust your paging/sorting to see your full results.
