It’s easy to update multiple assets at once.
Here are the different ways that you can accomplish that multiple asset update on your mobile device:
Scan the QR codes then click Update All to update multiple assets with identical information.
Copy the the data from one asset to another by scanning the QR code, then tap the asset on the screen to view its information. Next, click the Copy button at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions. You can repeat this process to make multiple copies.
You can also follow these steps on your computer:
View the assets you wish to update. Nb: You can use the search and filter options to further refine the list of assets you want to update.
Hold the Control Key 'CTRL' and use your mouse to select multiple assets. Nb. You can also use the Shift 'SHIFT' key to select a range.
Click Update Assets or Check Out assets, once you’ve selected the multiple assets you are working with.
