We made this decision because of the ongoing challenges involved in getting customer orders through customs and import processing. International shipments typically require customers to pay local taxes, duties, and handling fees before delivery.
In many cases, customers have refused payment or questioned the charges, resulting in delays, frustration, and returned shipments.
