GoCodes is delighted to announce the launch of our Work Offline Mode! This powerful, new feature has been designed to ensure your asset tracking never stops—even when your internet connection does.
Now, wherever your team works - servicing equipment in a basement, auditing tools in a remote field, or traveling off-grid - you'll maintain a complete chain of custody, without the need for a cellular or Wi-Fi signal. Once online again, all the asset changes your team made while offline, will be applied to your asset database. Yes, it's that easy!
How to Use Work Offline Mode
The offline workflow is designed to be seamless and risk-free:
1. Prep: Before heading to a remote site, simply tap the "Work Offline" menu in the GoCodes' web-app to download a local copy of your asset data.
2. Execute: While offline, you can scan QR codes to view asset details, update text information and perform full check-in/out actions. All changes are securely stored on your device.
3. Sync: Once you return to an area with connectivity, the app will present a summary of your offline activity. With one click, your updates are synced directly to your GoCodes' database.

· Compatibility: Works on any smartphone via our intuitive web-app.
· Requirement: This feature is available for customers with an eligable GoCodes' Enterprise account.
